Utilizing the power of the MC1000, Quest was able to introduce and adapt its’ “Intelligent Order Entry” for the MC1000. Order books or data bases can be uploaded to the MC1000 to give the order taker instant feedback on product numbers either keyed in or scanned.

 

This instant feedback can help eliminate errors resulting from wrong item scans, wrong item number keyed into the unit, discontinued items, etc. Companies have indicated as much as 3 – 5 % revenue loss due to these factors.
